I'm Amy Rosa, founder of The Lotus Way, and someone who deeply believes in the power of meaningful connection, consistency, and making people feel genuinely seen, loved and respected. I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and moved to the United States when I was four years old. That early experience of transition and adaptation quietly shaped who I am. Someone who values belonging, community, and compassion at a core level.

Family & Personal Foundations
Family is everything to me. I live with my wife, our dog and we are caregivers for my mother-in-law. I am also a proud momma to a smart, courageous young adult who is eloquent with his words and a beautiful heart. Being a mom, wife and siblings has taught me patience, empathy, resilience, and the importance of showing up with intention, lessons that deeply inform how I coach. My wife is my sous-chef, my sounding board, and my steady presence. She is endlessly patient, kind, funny and true lover of all animals - big and small. Her support reminds me daily of the power of partnership and unconditional acceptance.

Professional Experience
Professionally, I have worked in Graduate Medical Education since 2008, serving as a GME Program Coordinator. Along the way, I briefly stepped into Human Resources, gaining a broader perspective on people, systems, and workplace dynamics. My years in GME have given me a deep understanding of emotional labor, burnout, advocacy, and what is means to support others while often putting yourself last.

The Calling to Coach
Coaching found me. I was receiving my own coaching and realized that this is my calling, my purpose and my desire to help others. What I love most about being a coach is witnessing when clarity begins to unfold. When self-doubt loosens it's grip and when my clients realize they already carry the answers within them. Being present in those moments is an honor I never take for granted.

Who I Support

I invest my energy in helping people grow and feel seen. I am dedicated to fostering personal development and creating a safe space for growth.

In My Approach

My coaching approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their authentic selves, rediscover their purpose, and build resilience.
